I am a Manager with 8+ years of IT experience in professional services and government industries. In addition to delivering innovative IT solutions to clients, I am passionate about people development within my team and community including high school and college students. I have a Master's of Science in Technical Communication and Information Design from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT).
I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certified by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and hold an ITIL Foundation 2011 Certification in IT Service Management.
